Social posts
Media → Social Posts shows everything sent or scheduled to your social accounts, across all media.
Connect an account
You'll need: an administrative role. Connecting and disconnecting accounts is separate from posting to them, because a connection is a credential the whole workspace posts under. Administration → Social Connections.
| Platform | |
|---|---|
| Post photos and stories to an Instagram business account. |
Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok are listed as Coming Soon and cannot be connected yet.
Connecting opens the platform's own authorization in a popup. Allow popups for the site, or the connection cannot start.
Connections expire. When one does, the account shows Token expired - please reconnect and posts to it will not go out until you reconnect.
Send a post
You'll need: a role that includes social posting. Anyone who can send a post can also see which accounts are connected, since they have to choose where it goes.
Post from either of two places:
- A photo in the media library, from the Social tab on the file
- A design in the editor, with Publish to social
Write a caption, pick the account, and either send it now or schedule it.
Scheduled posts can be reviewed or canceled from the media library until they go out.
Hashtags
Your workspace keeps a hashtag list under Administration → Media Hashtags, separate from the tags used to organize the library. Keeping them apart matters: library tags are for finding files, hashtags are for reach, and they are rarely the same words.
Post status
Each post carries its state, and the file's Activity timeline records it:
| Scheduled | Queued for a time. |
| Publishing | Going out now. |
| Published | Live on the account. |
| Failed | Did not go out, usually an expired connection or a platform rejection. |
| Cancelled | Pulled before it went. |
The Social Posts screen shows the same information across the whole library: every post in one list, whichever file it came from.
Choose what to post
When you ask the AI for something to post, it can pick from your library rather than making you find a file. Recommend More Options offers alternatives, and Let Me Choose hands the decision back to you.
The quality of those suggestions depends on how well your library is described. See tags and descriptions.
