Administration
Administration
You'll need: an administrative role. If Administration is missing from the bottom of your sidebar, you do not have one.
Administration is a hub of cards rather than a single screen, grouped by purpose:
| Group | Cards |
|---|---|
| User Management | Users, Roles |
| Billing & Usage | Usage Details, Storage, Billing |
| AI Configuration | Manage Agents, Manage Tools, Website Chat Widgets, Voice Agents, Workflows, Scheduled Jobs |
| Knowledge Management | Knowledge Bases, Knowledge Templates, Object settings, External Data |
| Media Configuration | Distribution control, Delivery, Flags, Media Tags, Media Analysis, Media Hashtags, Media Statuses, Social Connections |
| System Configuration | Wildcards, Stock Photos |
| Audit & Monitoring | History, Access Log, Security Activity, Share Links, Media Duplicates |
The top of the screen also carries a usage overview: plan usage, credits remaining and storage, with links into the detail.
Every card is gated by the same permission as the screen it opens, and by the module the screen belongs to, so an administrator with a narrow role or a smaller plan sees a shorter hub rather than cards that fail when clicked.
What to set up first
New workspaces run into the same problems, and four settings prevent most of them. In order of payoff:
- Brand Identity. Colors, fonts, logos and written guidelines. Everything generated is held to them, and generating before they are filled in produces work you will redo.
- Knowledge bases. What the AI answers from. Empty knowledge means an assistant that answers from general knowledge rather than about your organization.
- Roles. Decide who can do what before you invite people rather than after.
- Media Analysis. What the AI extracts from uploaded files. Set it before a large import, or you will have to reanalyze.
