Studio
Studio is where work gets made. Five tools, all drawing on the same library, the same brand and the same knowledge.
| Makes | Use it when | |
|---|---|---|
| Designs | Social posts, ads, flyers, anything laid out | You need a finished graphic, once or a hundred times |
| AI Images | Generated photography and artwork | You need a picture that does not exist yet |
| Infographics | Charts and data visuals | You have numbers to present |
| Presentations | Branded slide decks, downloadable as PowerPoint | You have a topic and need a deck |
| Website Content | Page copy for your site | You have a sitemap and empty pages |
What they share
Your library. Each tool can pull images from the media library and match them to what the piece needs, so you do not have to find the file yourself.
Your brand. Colors, fonts and logos come from Brand Identity. Applying the brand kit to something already made is one action.
Your knowledge. The generators read your knowledge bases, so a deck about your product describes your product.
The same access model. Everything you make carries "Who can use this": leave it empty and the workspace can use it, or restrict it to named people and roles. See sharing and access.
Credits. Generating spends them; editing does not. See usage and credits.
Templates
Any design can be saved as a template with its editable fields marked. Someone who is not a designer can then produce an on-brand version by filling in a short form, without being able to move anything, restyle anything, or break the layout.
For most organizations that split is the most valuable part of Studio:
- Designers build templates and decide which parts are editable.
- Everyone else fills them in.
The roles match the split: Designer builds, Design Contributor fills. See design
templates.
Where finished work goes
Everything made in Studio lands in the media library like any other file, so it is searchable, shareable, versioned and publishable from the same place as your photography. A design can go straight to social, an infographic can be exported as an image or opened as an editable design, and a presentation downloads as .pptx.
