Infographics
Studio → Infographics. Describe what the visual should show and where the numbers come from, and get a branded result.
Create an infographic
The composer takes a brief (what the visual should show, who it is for, what it should emphasize) and you attach the data.
The figures can come from a knowledge base in your workspace, so the infographic is built from data you already maintain rather than from numbers pasted into a prompt.
Output formats
Choose the format when you create the infographic:
| A finished image | A .png, ready to post. Nothing to edit: regenerate rather than adjust. |
| An editable design | Opens in the design editor with editable text and live charts. |
Choose the editable design if anyone will want to change a label, a color or a number without regenerating. Choose the image if it is going straight out.
Both land in your media library.
Keep it up to date
Keep this up to date schedules a refresh. Each run re-reads the attached data source and adds a new version with the current figures. The brief, the size and the style stay as they were.
Use it for anything recurring, such as a monthly metrics graphic or a quarterly summary. Set it once and the visual maintains itself, with every past version retained.
If the infographic has no data source attached, a refresh re-runs the same brief with the same numbers, which is rarely useful. Attach the source when you create it.
Sizes and export
Set the dimensions when you create the infographic. It is rendered to the size you asked for, and content that would run past the bottom is fitted rather than cut off.
Both output formats export as an image; the editable one also exports as an HTML file that keeps the charts live. Renaming handles both files and adds the extension for you.
Who can see an infographic
Who can see this on any infographic. Empty means anyone in the workspace; adding people and roles restricts it to them. See sharing and access.
