Workspace tour
Five minutes, one pass down the left-hand sidebar. Some entries may be missing from yours: the sidebar shows only what your roles and your plan allow, so a shorter menu is normal rather than a sign that something is wrong.

Home
The dashboard. It opens on a prompt box asking what you would like to create, which is the fastest way into most of the app: describe a post, an image or a task, and the app routes you to the right place with the work already started.
Below it are your recent chats, recent media, and anything currently running.
AI Chat
Conversation with your agents, and where most people spend most of their time. An agent can search your library, read your knowledge bases, run tools, and produce a design or a document in the canvas beside the conversation.
Spaces group related chats, share a system prompt and let teammates in.
See AI Chat.
Workspace
The section header that separates the AI from the material it works on.
Media
Your library.
| Library | Everything, searchable. |
| Albums | Collections you have organized by hand, and smart albums that fill themselves. |
| People | Faces the system has recognized, grouped by person. |
| Upload | Drag and drop, or import from Dropbox or Google Drive. |
| Share Links | Public links you have handed out, and what has been viewed. |
| Publications | Every asset with a permanent public address, and what governs it. |
| Social Posts | Everything sent or scheduled to your social accounts. |
See the media library.
Studio
Where things get made: Designs, AI Images, Infographics, Presentations and Website Content.
See Studio.
Documents
The document library: data sheets, contracts, manuals and anything else that is read rather than looked at, kept in Folders and searchable by what the documents say. Documents can be linked to each other, a translation to its source or a revision to the one it replaces, with the relationship types your workspace defines under Relationships. The AI can answer from them. Present only when your plan includes the module.
Knowledge
The facts your AI answers from, kept as knowledge bases: About, Documents, and whatever else your workspace has been set up with.
See knowledge bases.
Objects
A catalog of structured records, one entry per type your workspace defines, such as products or venues. Present only when your plan includes the module.
Brand Identity
Logos, colors and fonts, plus the written guidelines: Brand Foundation, Messaging Guidelines and Visual Identity Guidelines. Everything generated is held to what is here.
See brand identity.
Administration
Pinned to the bottom, and visible only if you hold an administrative role. It is a hub of cards rather than a single screen, grouped as:
- User Management: users and roles
- AI Configuration: agents, tools, chat widgets, voice agents, workflows and scheduled jobs
- Knowledge Management: knowledge bases, knowledge templates, object settings and external data
- Media Configuration: distribution control, delivery, flags, media tags, media analysis, hashtags, media statuses and social connections
- Audit & Monitoring: history, the access log, security activity, share links and duplicates
- Billing & Usage: usage, storage and billing
- System Configuration: wildcards
See administration.
The header
| Search | Searches the media library from anywhere in the app. To jump to a screen instead, use the search at the top of the sidebar (⌘K / Ctrl K). |
| Credits | Appears when the workspace is running low, with a link to top up. Shown to people whose roles include usage. |
| Notifications | The bell. New leads, finished calls, completed jobs. |
| Your name | Account Settings, Logout, and the workspace switcher. |
Two conventions to learn early
"Who can use this." Designs, infographics, chats, agents and knowledge bases all carry the same access control, and it always looks the same: a list of people and roles, with View & use, Edit or Full access. Leave the list empty and the item is unrestricted: full access for everyone in the workspace, bounded only by their roles. See sharing and access.
Credits. Anything that calls AI (an analysis, a generated image, a chat reply) spends credits from the workspace pool. The app warns before they run out. See usage and credits.
